The villa consists of 220 m2 newly furnished and decorated. A beautiful and functional villa with sleeping accommodation for 8 or 10/12 persons using the separate apartment. Plenty of space with e.g. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a dining table for 10/12 persons both in the bright dining room, on the large terrace and at the outdoor kitchen at the pool area.

The villa has an additional apartment, which is included in the rent in the weeks 24 to 35. The capacity with apartment is 12 people. The price is without apartment rental from week 35 to 23. If you wish to rent the apartment, the total rental is 200€ per week, and an additional 25€ for cleaning.
The maximum capacity without apartment rental is 8 people.

The towns in the hills of Coté d Azur is an experience. Within a very short distance from Vence it is possible to find a variety of charming small towns, completely untouched by tourism. The towns can also be the starting point for hiking in the stunning mountainous regions, as the area is famous for.
For those interested, there is only 15 miles north of Nice a small wine region – Bellet who produce some of the best wine in Provence.
Vence, "City of Art", is a lovely town sitting in the fresh air of the hills only a few km from VillaPanorama. Vence is a town of artists, with painters, sculptors and writers of many nationalities living and working here.
The town is full of galleries and other examples of their work, with sculptures, decorated buildings and frequent (summertime) outdoor exhibits. The town is full of flowers and, in the area around the town, aromatic flowers, olives and colorful orange trees are cultivated. Vence is most known for is "the old" town, with small shops, art and the provencial cozy restaurants. Vence has several museums, including the Matisse.
Nice has a cosmpolitan Riviera vibe, and you'll enjoy exploring its fashionable boutiques and restaurants and sunning yourself on its popular beaches. (Just don't expect soft sand—these beaches have pebbles.) Walk up to Castle Hill for a beautiful view of the city, the Bay of Angels and of course, the bright blue water that gave the Cote d'Azur its name.
Antibes offers the old town, the large Marina and nearby Juan Les Pins, which features the area's best beach.
There are more than 20 Golf Club’s to choose from on the French Riviera in the area between Monaco and St Tropez.
Canyon Forest. Villenneuve Loubet. 10 min by car
100% thrill on this adventure course situated on the outskirts of Loup. Activities that lasts three hours with 4 difficulty levels and more than 115 challenges (steel wire, rope bridges, zip wires, climbing).
St. Paul is a beautiful medieval fortified village perched on a narrow spur between two deep valleys. Its location gives you a great view of the village from the La Colle road to the east or the Cagnes-Vence road to the west.
St. Paul Castle is full of art shops. St. Paul also has 2 Michelin restaurants.
Have you not been to Cannes before, it should be experienced. The very fashionable City offers fine hotels, exclusive boutiques and a pretty good beach just in front of the city.
Monaco, St. Tropez, Grasse – is within an hour's drive.
Aqualand/Marineland
Aquasplash Antibes is the largest water park in southern France It offers 25 attractions for a total of more than 2000 meters of slides. It is integrated with the Marineland area which includes Marineland, Adventure Golf and Far West Farm.
Marineland is an animal exhibition park and is one of the biggest in the world. It is the only French sea park featuring two cetacean species: killer whales and dolphins.
Juan Les Pins
Probably the best beach in the area. Enjoy dining dinner at one of the beach restaurants, with a candlelight table on the white beach sand.
